Registrar Office Home

The Office of the Registrar maintains pertinent academic records for current or past alumni. 
This office is in the main office and our school Registrar is Mrs. Soliz. She can be contacted through  email at asoliz@chsla.org

One task is to provide students with transcripts.
Please see attached documents to fill out if requesting transcripts from this office.
