College Visit Day

A Cathedral Tradition 

This year, Cathedral will once again send students in grades 9-11 to an area college campus to find out more about admissions requirements and student life in college.  College Visit Day will be Wednesday October 29, 2025.  Students will visit a local UC school (UC Irvine, etc...), private college (USC, etc…), or Cal State school (Cal State Northridge, etc…) with their homeroom.  Students will have an opportunity to tour the campus and have lunch.  Students should bring their own lunch as some college may not be able to accommodate the large numbers of students, or are cashless facilities.  Although a small drawstring bag may be acceptable, backpacks are not allowed.  Students are to arrive on-time in their regular uniform for this required day of school.  Students will be dismissed upon returning to campus between 1:00 and 2:30.  Permission Slips are required.  Students are reminded to return their signed permission slip to their Homeroom teacher.
