Cathedral encourages ALL students to search for and apply for scholarships to help pay for college.  Students are encouraged to use the scholarship search tools below.  In addition, some scholarship opportunities are linked directly below.

NAVIANCE

Naviance is a service provided by Cathedral High School to assist students in applying to college, searching for colleges and searching for college SCHOLARSHIPS.  Please log into Naviance and follow the links to SCHOLARSHIPS AND MONEY.

FASTWEB

Fastweb is a college scholarship search engine with links to thousands of scholarships.  Students can sign up for a free account and find and apply to scholarships today!

COLLEGEBOARD

The CollegeBoard is the company that offers teh PSAT, AP Exams, and the SAT.  Naturally it is also a spot for ALL of your College needs.  The College Board has a powerful scholarship search engine that is also free to use with a free account.  Sign up the day and find those scholarships!

SCHOLARSHIPS

Here is a list of scholarships to help you get started.  Don't delay, apply today!

Associated General Contractors of California (Scholarships for students pursuing an education and career in construction.)

The Sacramento Region Community Foundation (Need and Merit based scholarships for a variety of interests and GPAs

The Amazon Future Engineer Scholarship (For students interested in a career in computer science or engineering.  Deadline December 15)

The Vernon CommUNITY Fund Scholarship Program (for students who live or attend High School in the Vernon Area (which includes the cities of Vernon, Maywood, Bell, Huntington Park, Commerce, the area within the City of Los Angeles known as Boyle Heights, and the unincorporated area known as East Los Angeles), Deadline End on March)

The Men's College Scholarship (Recognizing students for academic excellence, extra-curricular involvement, and community involvement, Deadline Early April)
