Backed by The Smet Foundation, the premier Onward Scholars Program (OSP) turns a scholarship into a springboard — giving students the mentorship, connections, and college access to dream bigger and go further. The program guides its Scholars to a college that is the best personal and financial fit.

How to Apply
Students applying to Cathedral High School who wish to be considered for the Onward Scholars Program will submit an additional essay and are encouraged to take one of the first two HSPT offerings provided by Cathedral High School. Applicants who meet the qualifications for the program will be invited to participate in an interview process.
All applicants accepted into the Onward Scholars Program are automatically enrolled in Cathedral’sMath & Science Academy, providing even more academic enrichment and preparation for college-level STEM coursework.
